Terms of Use
By using Super Trunfo Garagem you agree to these rules. If you disagree, do not use the app.
1. What the app is
A collectible card game where you photograph toy cars, the photo becomes a card with stats, and cards battle other players. It is entertainment: the stats are generated by the game and do not represent real characteristics of any vehicle.
2. Your account
- You must be 12 or older.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account and for the information you provide.
- You can delete your account at any time under Profile → Delete my account.
3. Content rules (zero tolerance)
You must not upload photos or names containing:
- nudity, sexual content or material involving minors;
- real violence, gore, hate, harassment or discrimination;
- promotion of crime, illegal drugs or real weapons;
- third-party content you have no rights to;
- other people's personal data (documents, faces without consent).
Photos and names go through an automated check before becoming a card, and any player can report a card with the Report button. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Violating content is removed and the responsible account may be suspended or closed without notice.
4. Your rights over your content
The photos you upload remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to process, store and display that content inside the app (including to other players during battles and in the ranking). The licence ends when you delete the card or your account.
5. In-game items
Fuel, cards, points and ranking position are virtual items with no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be sold, traded or converted into money. We may adjust the game economy (costs, rewards, wear) at any time.
6. Acceptable use
You must not cheat (bots, reverse engineering, request tampering), try to access other players' data, or overload the infrastructure.
7. Availability and warranties
The app is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue the service — with reasonable notice in the app where possible.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of game progress or data loss arising from use of the app.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
